Joe Schweppe

President & Co-Founder

Joe Schweppe is a 25-year veteran of the HR/Payroll outsourcing business. During that time he has mastered the ability to help companies improve efficiency by incorporating technology with outsourced services. That is Joe’s professional purpose, and one of the main reasons he co-founded Integrated Payroll Services in 2005.
A graduate of Saint Louis University with a Finance Degree, Joe began his professional career in the HR/Payroll service industry with ADP (Automatic Data Processing). He quickly rose through the ranks and eventually became Major Account Area Sales Executive. His 17 years at ADP gave Joe a vast depth of insight, experience and confidence.
Joe’s vision is to use technology to help companies effectively manage their ever-increasing employer responsibilities – but without losing sight of the need for personal, responsive, high-touch service.


Coray Grove

Principal & Co-Founder

Coray Grove is a leading Workforce technology expert with over 15 years of HR/Payroll industry experience. Over this time he has had the unique opportunity to help develop, implement and support the technology IPS’ clients utilize on a daily basis. This broad technology and services exposure positions Coray to see solutions others do not.
Coray holds a degree in Business Administration from Illinois College, a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University and his Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Society of Human Resource Managers. Prior to co-founding IPS in 2005, Coray spent 7 years at ADP (Automatic Data Processing) where he held several leadership positions.
Coray believes in the power of creative thinking and problem solving on the path to helping clients realize their HR/Payroll technology objectives.


Mike Murphy

Vice President of Operations

Mike Murphy runs the day-to-day operations of IPS. As IPS’ first employee in 2005 his sole purpose was and continues to be to discover ways to improve the internal operations thereby removing obstacles to properly supporting our clients. Mike’s technical, organizational and interpersonal skills are a tremendous asset to IPS and our clients
Mike is a graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. His career has included several leadership positions in IT, most recently with what was the former AG Edwards where Mike spent 6 years in mission critical operational support positions.


Jane (Jinx) Landis

Director of Tax

Jane is responsible for overseeing all IPS payroll tax activities, including compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and filing local, state, and federal payroll tax returns. Jane and her team assist in the calculation and reporting of tax liabilities, respond to questions and special requests from clients and regulatory agencies and research laws and regulations regarding taxes and payroll withholding procedures.
Jane is a graduate of St. Louis University with a degree in Organizational Administration. With over 30 years of HR/Payroll industry experience Jane brings a deep understanding of tax processing. Prior to joining IPS in 2006 Jane spent 25 years with Spectrum Healthcare Resources where she led a team of payroll associates with the responsibility of processing payroll for over 7000 associates in all 50 states.
